HGTV makes it look like putting in an offer is a five minute ordeal, and nothing can go wrong.
I have officially been sitting here longer than an episode of House Hunters International, and still haven't heard from Dan, who is at this very moment signing away our lives to attempt to buy an 1890's update brick home on half an acre in Draper. It's our little first home dream of all dreams, so once this offer is in, all we can do is wait to see how much of our future we just entrusted to banks, jobs, economies and building inspectors.
PS- is anyone looking for a 2 BR in Sugarhouse with a vintage 1956 General Electric Kitchen Center?
